Position: Business Development Executive

Overview:
AJ Disti India Private Limited, a leading CCTV distribution firm, is looking
for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our
team. This role is crucial for driving sales, developing client relationships,
and expanding our market presence. We welcome applications from candidates with
any degree, including fresh graduates.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship
Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and
repeat business.
- Lead Generation: Execute lead generation
strategies to identify and convert potential customers in the CCTV market.
- Sales Tracking: Follow up on leads and
manage the lead database, ensuring timely responses and effective
communication.
- Site Visits: Organize and conduct site
visits in assigned territory to understand client needs and identify
business opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and
exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the branch growth and
profitability.
- Reporting: Prepare and present
detailed sales performance reports to Area sales managers to track
progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Industry Representation: Represent AJDisti India at
industry events and networking functions to promote our brand and
offerings.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional
customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client queries
and concerns timely and promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the
marketing team to develop campaigns aimed at attracting new clients and
enhancing visibility in the market.
- Negotiation: Negotiate deals and secure favourable
terms for the company and clients.
- Outbound Calling: Conduct regular outbound
calls to existing clients as well as new acquisitions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and
up-to-date records in the CRM system to track interactions and sales
activities.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on market
trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the CCTV
sector.
Qualifications:
- Any degree (Freshers are
encouraged to apply).
- Valid driving license is
required.
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work
independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented mindset
with a passion for sales and business development.
