Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and pitching our services to schools and colleges. You will play a key role in expanding our reach within the education sector and driving new business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential new schools and colleges.

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's services and their value proposition for educational institutions.

• Prepare compelling presentations and pitches tailored to the specific needs of each school/college.

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at schools and colleges.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals.

• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.

• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings in the education sector.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 0-2 years of experience in business development (freshers will be considered for strong communication skills).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A passion for the education sector and a desire to make a positive impact.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Information:

• This role requires travel to schools and colleges within the designated territory.
