Position: BPO Voice

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Description: As a BPO Voice at Spancore Technology, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution..

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional proficiency in regional languages is a plus).
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
