As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, share expert beauty advice, and drive sales in our stylish showroom.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and Engage: Greet customers with a smile and a warm welcome as they enter our showroom.
Personalized Beauty Consultations: Offer tailored beauty advice and product recommendations to meet each customer’s unique needs.
Demonstrations and Applications: Show off your skills by demonstrating and applying beauty products to customers.
Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure our showroom looks fabulous and is well-stocked.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
Inventory Management: Help manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or similar role in the beauty industry.
Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of beauty products, skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
Communicative: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
Sales-Driven: A passion for sales and achieving targets.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in beauty or cosmetology is a plus.
Flexible: Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
