Job Description

Spa therapist perform a variety of services, including massages, facials, waxing, and manicures and pedicures, in a safe and comfortable manner. They also maintain equipment and inventory, keep their workspace clean and stocked, and uphold hygiene standards. 
Spa therapist may also: 
Greet and consult with guests, providing advice and promoting treatments and products 
Explain treatment steps and answer questions before, during, and after services 
Keep client records, including services performed and reminders for future appointments 
Clean equipment and change sheets between appointments 
Update inventory when supplies are removed from storage 
Handle client complaints and report injuries or illnesses to management 
Recommend additional products and services that may benefit the client
