What you’ll do
We are looking to engage a competitive and trustworthy Asst. Manager/Lead Sales from Healthcare industry to help us build our business activities in the US market. Your responsibilities include leading a team, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
Objectives
· Conducting market research, evaluate product requirements, developing sales strategies and determine specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
· Determine customers’ needs and desires vis-à-vis competition by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
· Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
· Assess product market share by working with Senior Management to develop product sales strategies.
· Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis
· Work in tandem with the marketing department in campaigns in ensuring product success and market growth.
· Create and execute a strategic sales plan and budget that expands our Product reach and customer base in line with the company's global vision and mission.
· Schedule appointments, meetings and demo presentations with potential clients in growing a long-lasting relationship that address their needs
· Identify and build a robust and qualitative data base.
· Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
· Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
· Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
· Manage and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly sales progress in line with set goals.
· Work in tandem with the marketing department in campaigns in ensuring product success and market growth.
