Role - Associate Manager - Loan Sourcing

Key Responsibilities:

·         Identify potential customers through direct sourcing, partnerships, or other channels

·         Build and maintain relationships with individuals and businesses in need of loans

·         Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable loan products

·         Assist customers with loan applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted correctly and on time

·         Collaborate with lenders (banks, NBFCs) to facilitate loan processing and approval

·         Ensure adherence to internal and external compliance regulations throughout the application process

·         Guide customers through the loan process, answering queries and providing regular updates on loan status

·         Resolve customer issues related to loan applications, eligibility, and disbursement

·         Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction post-loan disbursement

·         Stay informed about new loan products, market trends, and interest rates

·         Analyze customer needs and recommend changes to loan offerings or sourcing strategies based on market demand

·         Ensure daily reporting and updation of DSR on a daily basis

Skills & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred but not always required).

·         Minimum 1-3 years of experience in loan sourcing, sales, or financial services.

·         Strong sales abilities, with a focus on lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and financial institutions.

·         Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and resolving customer issues.

·         Accuracy in managing documentation, loan applications, and regulatory compliance.
