Position Overview:

We are seeking an Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks related to the installation, testing, servicing, and customer support for our IGBT-based Power converters. Major Responsibilities:

Installation & Testing

• Conduct Power Quality Studies to assess and improve the quality of power.

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of IGBT-based Power converters.

• Perform system studies and single-line diagram analysis.

• Prepare comprehensive study reports for documentation.

Servicing

• Address customer issues through periodic visits, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

• Carry out Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to maintain product performance.

• Promptly respond to and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of service quality.

Skills and Experiences:

• Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics.

• Freshers

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.

• Technical expertise in power electronics and power quality solutions.

• Detail-oriented and capable of preparing accurate study reports.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
