Key Responsibilities:
 Design and develop products using AutoCAD software.

 Conduct engineering analysis and simulations.

 Manage design projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

 Prepare and maintain design documentation.

 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

 Utilize AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Catia, and other design software to create high-quality design assets.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with production requirements and user needs.

Key Requirements:
 Experience in the fall protection industry with a focus on safety product design.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD software.

 Proficiency in Advance MS. Excel tools.

 Familiarity with creating design solutions for fall protection equipment.

 Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

Essential skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or equivalent.

 1-2 years of experience in the design engineering field, preferably in the fall protection industry.

 Certification or training in AutoCAD or relevant design software.

 Proven work experience in AutoCAD designing & Advance Excel sheet handling
