Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Alliance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions to enhance our service offerings and drive business growth. The Alliance Executive will play a critical role in negotiating agreements, fostering relationships, and ensuring seamless integration of banking services with our fintech platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Identify, initiate, and manage strategic alliances with banks and financial institutions to expand our service offerings.
Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations with banking partners to secure favorable terms and agreements that align with our strategic goals.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
Integration Oversight: Oversee the integration of banking services with our platform, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential banking partners and stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Legal, Compliance, and Technology, to ensure successful partnership implementations.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of banking alliances, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven recommendations to optimize partnerships.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all banking alliances comply with relevant regulations and standards, mitigating risks associated with partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking partnerships, business development, or alliance management, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and the fintech landscape.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management practices in the banking sector
