Position – Admission Counselor
Experience - 0- 5 years in admission counsellor.
Industry - Education (Reputed hotel management institute in Noida)
Job Location - Sector 65, Noida
Notice Period - Immediately/15 days

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide Telephonic Counseling through Data Calling, online chat server.
· Provide information about various courses to the students and guiding them about the best course which will be suitable for them.
· Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, batch adjustment, absenteeism, study habits, and career planning.
· Carry out Correspondence by letter, fax, e-mail or phone with parents.
· Provide crisis intervention to students in case the situation demands so.
· Should be able to achieve clear targets set on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
· Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals.
· Provide the first line of contact with parents, prospective students and other business associates.
· Establish and maintain good rapport with prospective students.
· Provide weekly progress reports on student counselling, enquiry follow-ups, and application filing and student responses.
· Initiate, organize successful participation in university / college / academy spot admissions and provide reports on each university / college / academy visit.
· Report to the Management on MIS regarding successful enrollment of students.
