• Excellent communications skills
• Pleasing personality with convincing skills for selling the profile
• Previous experience of counseling in education set-up and corresponding Tele-calling ability to convince on a product on the phone plus invite to the Centre
• Good control of MS Office and the Internet especially Excel for report generation
• Follow up on Calling Leads & and handling walk-in inquiries
• Database Management for the leads coming for inquiry
• Coordinate in-house events and marketing activities

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to the Students on the academic up-gradation.
• Assessing student goals objectives, and credentials using the appropriate internal tools.
• Guide Students on the Skill enhancement and career enrichment process help them be industry relevant.
• Understanding the Student needs and counseling regarding our courses and helping them select courses.
• Counseling and processing applications for students.
• Regular follow-up through phone, email etc.
