Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the design and development of responsive and visually appealing websites using WordPress
2. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging layouts, graphics, and other design elements
3. Customize and integrate WordPress themes to align with the company's branding and design guidelines
4. Update and manage website content, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
5. Optimize images, videos, and other media for web performance and user experience
6. Install and configure WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality as needed
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plugins, themes, or website performance
8. Contribute ideas to improve user experience, site navigation, and overall website functionality
9. Implement best practices for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
10. Work closely with the design, development, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality

Qualifications:

1. A degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript
3. Familiarity with WordPress and its ecosystem, including themes, plugins, and basic customization
4. Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar
5. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
7. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends
