Job Description
CSWIP certificate holder
Inspecting welders
Responsible for WPS PQR
Fabrication knowledge and TIG and ARC welding.
Quality control of welding work
Pipeline projects and pressure vessel manufacturing
Develop, qualify, write and certify PQR(s) and WPS (s) for client review and approval
Accountable for delivery of proposals and project work on time, to budget and
within agreed scope.
Producing high quality reports and/or research papers arising from project work
Responding to technical enquiries from clients with clear, accurate,
comprehensive information
Visiting clients, presenting to clients, and hosting client visits
Identifying and developing business opportunities
Working with colleagues to bid for publicly funded research projects
Maintaining and developing your own technical expertise and reputation
