We are looking for a detail-oriented Website Operation Associate to join our team and help maintain the high quality of our platform.

Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Design: Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various features of the e-commerce platform.
- Manual Testing: Execute manual test cases to identify issues and ensure that the platform functions as expected. This includes functional, usability, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Automated Testing: Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage of testing efforts.
- Bug Tracking: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Linear, etc.).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the platform can handle high traffic and usage.
- User Experience: Ensure that the platform provides a seamless and user-friendly experience by testing for UI/UX issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve the QA process.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on test results, bug status, and overall platform quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of testing tools and software (e.g., Selenium, QTP, TestRail) and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly document and articulate issues.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
