Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehousing & Logistics Incharge to lead the

efficient management of our solar equipment inventory and its distribution across the

designated regions. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our solar

systems reach installation sites on time and in optimal condition. The ideal candidate

possesses a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and

logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Act as a liaison between HQ & field operations in warehouses & 3PL

warehouse management.

2) Working closely with Warehouse & Logistics vendors, internal teams to

streamline processes, drive performance, and ensure adherence to

service level agreements (SLAs).

3) Follow up on open action items, pending deliveries and vendor inquiries to

ensure smooth operations.

4) Collect, consolidate and analyse logistics and warehousing data from

various sources (field teams, warehouses, WMS, etc.).

5) Prepare accurate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs),inventory

levels, operational efficiency, vendor performance, identifying trends and

potential areas for improvement.

6) Serve as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders (sales,

procurement, production),external vendors, and field teams.

7) Support the onboarding of new logistics and warehousing vendors,

ensuring compliance with company standards & contracts.

8) Support in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures

(SOPs) documents, work instructions, and training materials for logistics

and warehousing processes.

Qualifications:

 Education: Preferable Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management,

Logistics, Business, or a related field. Any Bachelor’s degree

 Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics

management, preferably within the renewable energy or a similar industry.

 Essential Skills:

1. In-depth knowledge of warehousing principles, inventory management

systems, and logistics practices.

2. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams

and interact with vendors effectively.

4. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using spreadsheets and

inventory software.

5. Experience working with SAP systems.

6. Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement

methodologies.
