Ensure that minimum stock levels are maintained
at all times at depots to meet organizations sales requirements.
Responsible to craft and implement inventory
management strategies to optimize the stock levels and minimize the holding
cost.
Responsible to plan stock holding levels based
on the sales forecast received from COO.
Responsible to plan and implement inventory control
measures to prevent stockouts, overstock situations, and shrinkage.
Ensure that stock is stacked in depot as per
stacking policy.
Ensure that weekly physical stock is taken at
each depot.
Ensure all dispatches are done as per schedule
and signed invoices are returned and submitted to accounts for billing.
Ensure that damaged and expired stocks are
stored separately and are duly marked.
Ensure that depot is maintained in hygienic conditions at all times.
