Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Food and Beverage Service:
  • Knowledge of menu items and specials.
  • Accurate food and beverage handling.
  • Proper table setting and service.
• Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist with bussing tables and cleaning.
• Cash Handling:
  • Accurately handle cash and credit card payments.
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
