Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring they are presented neatly and according to company standards.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• A team player with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairing (preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to carry trays and lift items.
