Qualifications min 12th pass
Basic computer knowledge required.
Understand the menu
Welcome and greet customers
Serve customers and share product information at the time of service
Setup tables.
Interact with customers for feedback or to address queries and grievance.
Team work required.
Proper Telephone handling
Greet customers and present menus.
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Stay attentive to the needs of customers in the dining area.
Ensure a clean and sanitary environment by following health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Process customer payments efficiently.
Address customer complaints or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
