Responsibilities:

Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to provide an exceptional dining experience.
Process customer payments efficiently.
Address customer complaints or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
