We are currently seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Video Editor to bring our digital content to life. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro or similar programs, and possess a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of storytelling. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the company's vision and is suitable for broadcasting.

Salary: The salary for this position ranges from INR 8,000 to 12,000 per month, with an additional performance-based bonus every month.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos that meet quality standards and align with the brand’s messaging.

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.

- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.

- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the video.

- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.

- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

- Review and make necessary revisions to videos based on feedback from stakeholders.

- Maintain an organized video library.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor.

- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut).

- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.

- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity, etc.

- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.

- Creative mind and storytelling skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
