Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with urological conditions.

Apply diagnostic tests and procedures to ascertain the nature of urological issues.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment results.

Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions as necessary.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient safety.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Consult with other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients on managing their conditions and improving lifestyle choices.

Participate in professional development and educational activities.

Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.

Report and monitor outcomes of treatments and surgeries.

Stay current on advancements in urology and incorporate relevant practices.

Engage in research activities and contribute to clinical studies.

Promote a safe environment for both patients and staff.

Involve in hospital committees to improve service quality.

Respond promptly to emergencies and complications arising during treatments.
