FOR TELECALLER
We are looking for an enthusiastic and
engaged telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and
potential clients. For this, you need to obtain the list of individual
information and source the data for additional members from the targeted
audience.
Skills
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 3+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult
situations with tact and professionalism and work independently and
as part of a team
- Comfort with using computers and inputting data quickly and
accurately while interacting via various channels, such as live chat,
emails, social media and direct calls.
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand and acquiring
and retaining contact information databases.
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and
service by answering all queries and questions regarding the company and
product.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated and processing
orders accurately.
- Handling grievances and facilitating
companies’ sales by going
the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.
- Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of
the consumer.
- Ensure a smooth procedure for the
consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate
department for further action.
- Answer customer calls and provide
timely and accurate information about our products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and
courteous manner
- Take orders and process payments over
the phone
Responsibilities
Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls and making calls to potential customers
to promote products or services.Providing Information and Assistance about products, services, and company
policies. They should also be able to assist customers with problems or
issues they may be experiencing.Resolving Customer Complaints and
Concerns and to
resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner. This may involve escalating
the issue to a higher level of support or working with other departments
to find a solution.
