Job Description

CRITERIA PARTICULARS FOR UNIT SALES MANAGER (USM) POSITION 
• Sales of Health Insurance policies through the agency model. Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory. 
• Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly. 
• Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations. 
• To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner. 

Age 22-38 yrs 

Qualification Full Time - Graduation/Correspondence/ Distance Graduate/PG/HSC + 3 Years any course (Diploma) (If Graduation isn't complete, this is a must) 
Salary 2.50 LPA to 4 LPA (IN Exceptional cases only we can offer upto 5.00 LPA) 
Industry Any insurance sector, Health Insurance, LI, GI, Banking, Pharma, Telecom, Mutual Funds.email:
