Responsibilities:

Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform various hair cutting and styling techniques, including precision cuts, layered cuts, bobs, pixie cuts, fades, trims, and more. Stay updated with current trends and adapt techniques to suit individual client preferences and face shapes.

Hair Color and Highlights: Offer expert advice and perform hair coloring services, such as full-color application, highlights, balayage, ombre, or creative color techniques. Ensure proper color selection, application, and processing, while considering clients’ skin tone and desired outcome.

Hair Treatments and Conditioning: Provide nourishing and restorative hair treatments, such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, scalp treatments, and hair masks. Assess hair condition and recommend suitable treatments to improve hair health and manage specific concerns.

Blowouts and Styling: Master blow-drying techniques to create polished and finished looks. Use appropriate styling tools, such as brushes, curling irons, straighteners, and hot rollers, to achieve desired hairstyles for clients.

Chemical Services: Administer chemical services like perms, relaxers, and texturizing treatments. Follow proper protocols for product application, processing time, and client safety.

Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Stay informed about hair care products, styling tools, and industry trends. Offer professional advice on suitable products for client’s hair type, texture, and styling needs.

Client Education: Educate clients on proper hair care techniques, products, and salon menu. Provide styling tips and guidance on maintaining healthy hair between salon visits.

Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sterilizing tools, disposing of hair clippings, and ensuring overall salon cleanliness. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
