We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, User flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups, wireframe and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites, web/Mobile applications function and look like.
Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flow diagrams, Information Architecture, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. Illustration, Images and Icons)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of User Interface, wireframe, Basic HTML/CSS.
Ability to work alongside software developers to ensure a seamless integration of the design into executable applications.
Have experience of working in a product based company.

Have experience of working on B2B projects.
Ability to contribute to project and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with teams to achieve success
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skill
