Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: Company is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and is proficient in industry-standard design tools.

Responsibilities:

·         Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications

·         Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions

·         Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs

·         Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing

·         Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

·         Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the overall improvement of the user experience

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

·         Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

·         Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma

·         Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities

·         Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·         Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience with responsive design and mobile app design

·         Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

·         Experience with user testing and usability research methodologies

·         Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines

This Post IS open to both fresher and experienced professionals. The salary range for fresher’s and interns starts at Rupees 5000/- per month, and for experienced candidates up to ₹70,000 per month.
