Job Description

We are looking for an individual with 1 to 2 years of experience as a UI / UX designer to turn our solutions into easy usable products to our Clients. The candidate will work with the product development team and must be extremely creative to deliver the best practices; an ideal candidate is the one who think like artists and who could realize that design is more than just letters / words incubating with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role is responsible for designing stunning pictures like an artist / designer.
  • Must able to plan and implement new efficient features and optimize the existing one.
  • Creating prototypes for new product ideas.
  • Must be able to provide solutions creatively & effectively.
  • Responsible to build apps that respond to the natural human thought process.
  • Team Management, Excellent interpersonal, Communication and effective organizational skills.
  • Should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Review existing business processes and participate in the Process Improvement Program.

Skills
  • Should be able to design things creatively.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • A fundamental knowledge of the software development process coupled with a willingness to learn.
  • Possesses intellectual humility; smart, driven, creative and able to learn things from slipups, willing to raise others up.
  • Excellent creativity & innovative skills with integrated professionalism at all levels.
