Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the target audience and analyze user feedback and trends
2. Create wireframes and iterate based on feedback
3. Develop consistent interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and maintain design systems for scalability
4. Design user flows, conduct usability testing, and collaborate with developers for implementation
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align with business goals
6. Prepare design documentation and provide clear specifications for developers
7. Seek feedback, identity process improvement opportunities, and stay updated on industry developments
Qualifications:
1. Proven UI/UX designer experience
2. Portfolio showcasing user-centered design
3. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe, Sketch, Figma)
4. Solid understanding of user research and testing
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
6. Ability to manage multiple projects
7. Basic front-end development knowledge is a plus
