Need a person who know how to work on MS word and how to operate on internet and make documents like affidavit, rent agreement, GPA and other government related documents.
Training can be provided so freshers are also acceptable.
Responsibilities:
Transcribe and type documents from various sources.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in typed documents.
Format documents according to specific guidelines.
Proofread and correct any errors in the typed documents.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Manage and organize digital and paper files.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow specific guidelines and instructions.
