We have two wheeler spare parts shop and also Service center, so we need trained two wheeler mechanic who can repair bike and scooter in service center. We need minimum two to five year experience man.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on motorcycles, scooters, and other two-wheeled vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
Diagnose mechanical issues, electrical problems, and performance issues using diagnostic tools, inspection techniques, and troubleshooting procedures.
Repair or replace faulty components, parts, and systems, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and exhaust systems.
Perform tune-ups, adjustments, and alignments to ensure proper engine performance, fuel efficiency, and overall vehicle functionality.
Inspect and test ride vehicles to verify repairs, identify additional issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Perform preventive maintenance services, such as lubrication, fluid checks, belt adjustments, and brake inspections, to prevent breakdowns and prolong vehicle lifespan.
Keep accurate records of repairs, services, parts used, and labor hours, using maintenance logs, work orders, and computerized systems.
Order and maintain inventory of spare parts, supplies, and equipment needed for repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensure proper storage and organization.
Follow manufacturer's guidelines, technical manuals, and safety procedures for servicing, repairing, and testing two-wheeler vehicles.
Provide estimates for repair costs, time required for repairs, and parts needed for customer approval, and communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and updates.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical questions related to their vehicles, and provide professional and courteous service at all times.
Stay updated on new technologies, diagnostic techniques, and industry trends in two-wheeler mechanics through training, workshops, and self-study.
