Fully service all inquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation

Ensure all air, rail, hotel, and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectations

Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest standards are delivered at all times with a personalized and individual approach to each client

Action all required tasks related to clients and/or suppliers in a timely and effective manner to ensure correct information is readily available for continuity of service for all team members

Provide effective travel solutions for enroute traveller concerns, changes or disruptions and assist with complaints or refunds

Keep fully informed about all airline rules and regulations, and other industry requirements and accurately apply this information when making travel arrangements

Utilize time management skills to efficiently organize and process workload during designated shift, ensuring deadlines and SLA’s are met

Process complex reissues and pricing records accurately

Respond to all communications proactively, promptly, efficiently, and accurately

Consistently demonstrate attention to detail to mitigate errors and potential financial loss on accounts

Build professional relationships with key vendors relevant and always support preferred supplier programs

Negotiate the best rates and deals to reduce client expenditures
