· Skills:· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
· Knowledge:· Strong understanding of itinerary preparation and travel package cost calculations.
Preferred Qualifications:· Familiarity with online travel booking platforms.
· Customer service experience.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
