Job description -
1. Maintain an appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings conferences
Teleconferences.
2. Travel bookings for flight , trains & cabs.
3. Visa arrangement supporting documentation
4. Providing an accommodation, hotel stay for an employee and guests.
5. Maintained reception area, conference rooms, and workstations.
6. Welcome guests, customers, candidates by greeting them in person or on the
telephone;
7. Ordering office stationery supplies.
5. Liaising with Office Assistants, ensure that photocopying, scanning and binding of
documents are done as requested by the staff.
6. Making PR and supporting Purchase team to make PO for Vendors payments
7. Maintaining Inward - Outward Register and keeping records.
8. Checking Daily Mails and reverting back.
9. Attending all admin related work and bills.
10. Handling courier and stationery.
