Job Description

Responsibilities:

Consult our travelers in planning vacation travel, including tours, cruises, foreign independent travel (FIT),and customized services

Assist our travelers with air, car, and hotel reservations as needed

Foster and maintain excellent client relations with prompt and accurate responses to telephone calls and email messages

Participate in weekly continuing education sessions on destinations and travel suppliers

Share knowledge and experiences with vacation team with additional duties and responsibilities as requested

Skills:

Strong written and oral communication skills

Basic knowledge of domestic and international geography

Exhibit self-motivation and ability to work independently

Ability to collaborate in a team environment

Actively increase knowledge using resources made available

Exercise discretion and sound independent judgment
