Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation

Provide expert advice on travel destinations, attractions, and activities

Offer personalized travel recommendations based on clients' preferences and budget

Manage and coordinate travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to travel arrangements

Stay updated on travel industry trends and developments

Collaborate with travel partners, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate and secure the best rates and deals for clients

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in travel planning and management is a plus

Negotiation skills to secure the best rates and deals

Knowledge of local language is preferred

Ability to provide excellent customer service

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing travel requirements

Knowledge of personality development techniques
