Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our BGV Operations Team. As a Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the BGV Operations, with a focus on data entry, record maintenance, and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry:
Accurate and timely entry of background verification data into our systems.
Ensure data integrity and completeness while maintaining confidentiality.
Excel Proficiency:
Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
Basic spreadsheet tasks including sorting, filtering, and formula application
Maintain and update records related to background verification processes.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain and update records related to background verification processes.
Assist in the organization and archiving of documents for easy retrieval.

Requirements:

Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic functions and formulas.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.
Basic knowledge of background verification processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
