Responsibilities:

Provide detailed and accurate travel information to clients.

Assist clients with travel-related issues and offer solutions.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.

Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.

Promote travel packages and special offers.

Keep up-to-date with travel trends and emerging destinations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.

Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
