Purpose of Job: The incumbent will be responsible driving the secondary sales and merchandizing by building and developing long term relationships with the retailers.

Essential Qualifications: SSC or Equivalent

Requirements:

 Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry 

 Product understanding 

 Negotiation 

 Good local geographical Knowledge 

 Local Language fluency 

 Distributor Management 

 Basic Calculation of retail scheme/ distributor scheme 

 Basic English/ Hindi
