Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to the submission of bids and post-tender follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and identify tender opportunities in relevant sectors.
• Must have knowledge of tender process , follow up with OEM 
• Prepare Document for tender
• must have knowledge of GeM , CPWD , PWD , CPPP
• Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, including pricing, documentation, and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with all requirements and guidelines.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and follow up on tender results.
• Handle tender-related documentation, maintain records, and ensure timely submission.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
