Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to the submission of bids and post-tender follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and identify tender opportunities in relevant sectors.
Must have knowledge of tender process , follow up with OEM
Prepare Document for tender
must have knowledge of GeM , CPWD , PWD , CPPP
Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, including pricing, documentation, and technical proposals.
Ensure compliance with all requirements and guidelines.
Maintain communication with stakeholders and follow up on tender results.
Handle tender-related documentation, maintain records, and ensure timely submission.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
