Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative
to join our franchise sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for
generating leads, contacting potential franchisees via phone, and persuading
them to invest in our franchise opportunities. You will work closely with our
sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth
of our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
outbound calls to prospective franchisees generated through lead sources.
- Educate
potential franchisees about our franchise opportunities, business model,
and support systems.
- Qualify
leads based on established criteria and move them through the sales
pipeline.
- Customize
sales pitches to address the needs and interests of each prospect.
- Maintain
accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the
CRM system.
- Collaborate
with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Participate
in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
- Stay
informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market
conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven
experience in telesales, preferably in franchise sales or a related field.
- Excellent
verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the
phone.
- Strong
negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing sales.
- Results-oriented
with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency
in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred but not required).
- Knowledge
of franchise industry regulations and practices (preferred but not
required).
