Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Representative at Friends Media in Delhi, India. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service and support, sales activities, and training for new team members. You will also be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets.

Experience in Sales and Training
Customer Support expertise
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Previous telesales experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
