Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.
• Present products or services persuasively and effectively to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure timely conversion.
• Handle customer objections and resolve concerns to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to team effort.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively over the phone.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Persistent and results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred.
