Job description
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and drive sales through the company's website by actively engaging with potential clients. Implement effective B2B sales strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential target industries and segments for sales outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive customer retention and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize website content and promotional campaigns to attract and convert leads.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements in collaboration with the sales and legal teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation and B2B sales, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate.
