Job Description
Looking to fill the role of Telesales executive with good communication skills and Marketing skills who is Hard working and dedicated towards the work. Calls prospective clients for Investment options. Person should be self motivated. Ability to Convince the clients for Sales. Strong Knowledge will be given in the training period to the executive.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
Understand and analyze customer needs to offer appropriate products/services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure high conversion rates.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer queries or objections professionally.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
