Job Description:
J&H Enterprises, a leader in sustainable agriculture and gardening products, is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh female graduates to start their careers as Telesales Executive. This role provides flexibility in working hours and the convenience of working from home, making it ideal for those looking to gain experience in sales while balancing other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B and B2C Sales: Learn to engage with businesses, retailers, and consumers to promote and sell our products. Assist in presenting product benefits and support in closing sales deals to meet targets.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Help generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and online research. Manage and nurture leads to convert them into successful sales.
  • Telephonic Sales: Conduct telephonic outreach to potential clients, introduce our products, address inquiries, and assist in closing sales. Follow up on leads under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Sales Closing: Gain experience in effective sales techniques, helping to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients, helping to build strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Learn to organize and manage the sales pipeline, tracking all activities and progress in CRM software. Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Market Research: Get familiar with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this knowledge to help refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Noida Extension and nearby regions is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn CRM software and sales management tools.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Must reside in Noida Extension or nearby areas.
  • Reliable internet connection for work-from-home duties.
  • A strong interest in sustainability and environmental practices is a plus.
