Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Unacademy’s educational products and services.
Explain the features and benefits of various courses to potential clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques and strategies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify leads and improve sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for education.
