Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting pathology testing services to generate interest and build connections.
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication, tailoring conversations to client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities.
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries promptly.

Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
