Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Fresher Graduates for the role of Telesales Executive. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and promoting our SAAS products through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
● Contact potential customers through outbound calls to introduce and promote our SAAS products.
● Understand customer needs and tailor your pitch to address their specific requirements.
● Provide detailed information about our products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
● Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential customers in the CRM system.
● Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or objections effectively.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
● Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
● Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
● Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus but not required.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is advantageous.
